QUALIFYING
After the team’s success at Donington earlier in the year, Essex & Kent Motorsport were confident they could acheive more of the same this time around. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case in qualifying, with the drivers finishing with Lewis highest in P12, Scott in P14 and Bradley having all his times removed by an after session decision from race control.
RACE DAY
Race 1: Race one saw a brilliant effort from both Bradley and Lewis coming through to finish P6 and P11. Lewis Leading his younger brother to the line. However, Scott once again had car problems on the very first lap and was forced to finish the race there.
Race 2: Due to the damage in race one Scott was unable to start race two but we saw a champions drive from Bradley to bring the team a third place trophy. After starting the day in dead last position, he managed to work his way back to P3 with some amazing driving. Lewis did not have as much joy in race two having to DNF after six racing laps due to a rear hub failure.
